What can we do better?

(answers:373)

I have a suggestion: I noticed that two of the lovely rugs pose hazards to patients using walkers or who may have other mobility issues. The large rug placed at an angle and the narrow rug placed in front of the reception desk leave no room for these individuals to safely manuveur around the reception area and are likely to contribute to fall risks. I would suggest leaving these areas clear.

#12010-10-04 12:14:56

Everything to date that your office has performed has been done professionally and expeditiously. It's a pleasure to deal with all the staff.

#22025-07-12

Ask patient if they have any pain before asking them to waiting three weeks for appointment

#32025-05-26

Can't think of anything right now.

#42010-10-21 15:50:32

Maybe some more magazines for the guys. I`ll bring a few in...

#52025-08-04

Everything was delightfully pleasant and comforting.

#62011-03-28 09:42:42

Send the paperwork to my home address in advance of appointment. Provide better reading material in the reception area.

#72025-06-07

I would like you to offer evening and/or Saturday hours for both dermatology and esthetician appointments.

#82010-11-04 16:32:44

The only downside is parking!

#92011-11-17 12:08:50

Less wait time for an appointment.
