wouldnt change nothing

It's a little warm in the office.

Today I had to wait 45 min. to see the Doctor. I understand that sometimes other appointments run over but I took time off work to come here and I felt like I spent most of my time here waiting to see her.

The experience was very pleasant, and relaxed. I would not recommend changing anything!

before prescribing a very expensive treatment, inform the patient you are doing so.

I am perfectly happy, which is why i keep returning.

While I totally understand the late policy, unfortunately my daughter and I drove 1.5 hrs to the facility and given the weather and errorous directions, we ended up being 7 mins late. I immediately called the office while on route to explain that we were lost and sought correct directions. The receptionist was very curt, short and condesending. Upon our arrival, there was no warm greeting and very limited eye contact. Again,as a heath care provider myself, I appreciate the need to follow a schedule, however, our appointments were in direct succession and I do not think it would have had a significant impact on the work schedule, given our special circumstance.

I do not believe there is a need to improve.

I can't think of anything.

I thought that consideration could have been made re: pricing of skin tag removal since I only had one tag removed.
