      Item Price Comment
      Consult for a new complaint $80 Fee covers:
      1. Issuing prescriptions to your pharmacy.
      2. Ordering lab
      3. Issuing refill
      (when appropriate for a period of one month. )
      The fee does not cover actual medication cost or lab fees.
      Any additional complaint $50 Must be submitted no later than one week after the first complaint
      Follow up consultation $50 Patients can ask for clarification about their condition for a period of one month following the initial consultation. However, a new follow up consultation must be created and paid after one week.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

  • Insurance – Is online consultation covered by my insurance?
      Insurance plans do not cover tele-medicine or online consultation services.
  • HSA – can I use funds from my Health Savings Account?
      Yes. Most HSA-Health Savings Accounts and FSA-Flexible Savings Accounts can be used for this service. Please check it with your plan.
  • Will I receive a refund if a diagnosis cannot be determined?
      No. The service fee covers the filing of your personal information and complaints, the analysis of the information, the issuing of recommendations, and the communication of the findings. Sometimes a diagnosis may not be determined in an in-office visit without additional procedures such as a biopsy or blood work. However, if our recommendation calls for a follow up office visit, and you use our office for this visit, we will apply the original fee towards any of your out-of-pocket costs (e.g. copay, deductible, or other out-of-pocket costs).

I was scared that I had something on my face after my laser treatment. As it turns out Jill took a second look and told me it was normal and it will resolve. The reason why I tell you this is because Lisa at the front desk was instrumental on making sure I was followed up and that my fears were elevated. Lisa was outstanding! From my experiences in the past, I find most people at the front desk don't really care about the patients. However, I did not get that from Lisa. She kept in contact with me until I was completely satisfied with my care. She really is a professional and deserves recognition. Her job is the most important one in the office. I have left other offices in the past because I didn't care for the staff. That won't happen here! Hats of to LISA!!!! P.S. The computer in the waiting room is AWESOME too!!!

This is one of the best medical offices that I have visited. I see doctors in the Penn and Bryn Mawr systems and this is by far much better than any of those offices. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Both doctors are awesome! I have recommended you to family and friends. Keep up the great work!

I recommended this practice to a family member but they showed up 15 mins late to their first appt. due to traffic and were turned away (after traveling over an hour to get here). I would suggest on the first visit to allow more leeway for late appointments (try to fit them in) and then explain the late policy for all appointments moving forward.
