Friendly staff and doctore
#12026-03-10I appreciated having a conversation with the Physician, as well as developing a plan together. Accentuating the positive when there is so much negative really helps in enthusiastically executing the plan.
#22025-06-12Very little wait time, which is so appreciated! Very comfortable atmosphere. Really a wonderful appointment.
#32011-06-02 16:32:12Dr. Heckman gave me a lot of information and listened and answered all of my questions.
#42011-11-17 15:30:47I like that you can schedule and access info by computer. The office is beautiful, very relaxing and staff is wonderful. The nicest doctors office I have ever been too
#52011-10-19 12:56:42I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. It made my visit very enjoyable.
#62011-04-15 08:36:16I was given sufficient time with the doctor and her assistant to ask questions and explain my skin history.
#72025-04-29This is my 2nd experience with this practice. I originally came here for my son. The attentiveness of the Doctor and staff is truely a positive experience. Thank you. I wish all my doctor's appts were this pleasureable.
#82025-10-26I actually was able to see the physician, the physician assistant and the aesthetician, which was awesome for one visit! It shows that the team works together to provide patients with the best possible results.
#92011-10-04 14:18:20The way Dr.Ringpfeil and the medical assistant has communicated
#102025-06-26More convenient office hours for those who work during the day. Perhaps one evening?
#12011-03-16 11:16:24no suggestions, you are doing a good job
#22025-08-14Shorter wait
#32025-06-23You were amazing
#42010-09-28 09:24:38My advice would be to continue doing exactly what you are presently doing. I had a very good first impression of Dr. Ringpfeil and the practice. Thank you.
#52011-02-07 10:50:14it's a little thing, but when you enter an office and ask the receptionist attending to you how are you, she say fine, but does not inquire how you are, and is not engaging, I just think its rude.
#62025-11-26Less wait time for an appointment.
#72010-11-17 15:23:04I'm speechless!! I make a living at answering this very question but I can't recommend anything you can do to provide better service. You deserve a high score in all aspects of the practice. One minor detail - I have not yet seen the aesthetician and I have limited experience with you. Maybe patients could complete a survey after they've had a couple of appointments and contact with others. Some valuable feedback may be provided. Oops....I just heard an administrator use the word "cancellation" with a patient. May I suggest other terms like "change in the schedule" or "we'll make time for you". Wouldn't want to give patients the idea that it's ok to cancel. :-) Can you recommend a vascular specialist closer to the area than in Center City?

#92010-09-13 14:34:51It was a very good visit! Thank You!

Iwant to go for Artefill or any perminant refill for my face line I want to know how much it cost and how I can make an appointment soon
Permanent fillers are useful for certain areas on the face. In areas that are prone to undergo quicker changes, they can be disadvantageous to temporary fillers. Fillers are placed by our physicians. A cosmetic consultation with me should answer all of your questions and will allow me to determine the amount of filler needed to achieve your specific goals.
I previously had Artefill injected into my smiles lines in February 2008 by Brinton Lake Dermology. The results were amazing and the lines have not returned. Will you inject Artefill in the cheek and chin area ? What is the cost?
I would be glad to post a photo of my face.
Artefill is a very effective filler and my patients love the results, too.
However, our office stopped Artefill injections. The decision not to offer it at this time is purely based on “political” issues. There is nothing wrong with the product.
I am 54 year old have dark circle under eyes and jowl line hang slightly, what would you recommend, and what is a estimate price would regular medical insurance cover this procedure. I’m African American
Thanks
If dark circles are due to grooves that has formed under the eyes, the area may be corrected with fillers placed under the skin. Jowls can sometimes be improved by filler placement as well. The procedure may require at least 2 syringes of filler but the number may range from 2-5 depending on the amount of correction needed. If correction by filler is not feasible, surgical procedures may be considered. Insurance does not cover cosmetic improvements and a quote can be given after evaluation as everyone has different volume requirements. Please also be aware that improvement by filler requires periodic upkeep as fillers wear off after several months.
