Titan and other Infra Light Source Devices
Overview:
An infrared red light source drives heat into the deep dermis where the destruction of tissue generates new collagen.
Expected results:
Variable degree of tightening of the skin on the face, neck and body.
Preparation:
Topical anesthesia.
Post treatment instructions:
None
Time to desired results:
Skin tightening becomes noticeable after 3-6 months. Good results may be achieved with one treatment. On average, 2-3 treatments give desired results.
Contraindications:
None. Infrared light is considered safe on all skin types.
Duration of desired effects:
Several years (exact duration is unknown at this time)
Downtime:
Mild redness for less than 24 hours

The service is wonderful nothing needs to be changed.
#12025-08-10Complain to the insurance industry that they cove too little, complain to the product manufactures that they truely charge too much for the products. I feel that the industry in general is very slow to treat because of insurance allowances. Patients have busy work schedules and pay for monthly coverage that covers too little. In one hour or less could do what multiple appointments do to remove or treat small skin defects require many visits. Should provide payment better incentives.
#22010-11-10 12:28:11I recommended this practice to a family member but they showed up 15 mins late to their first appt. due to traffic and were turned away (after traveling over an hour to get here). I would suggest on the first visit to allow more leeway for late appointments (try to fit them in) and then explain the late policy for all appointments moving forward.
