Titan and other Infra Light Source Devices
Overview:
An infrared red light source drives heat into the deep dermis where the destruction of tissue generates new collagen.
Expected results:
Variable degree of tightening of the skin on the face, neck and body.
Preparation:
Topical anesthesia.
Post treatment instructions:
None
Time to desired results:
Skin tightening becomes noticeable after 3-6 months. Good results may be achieved with one treatment. On average, 2-3 treatments give desired results.
Contraindications:
None. Infrared light is considered safe on all skin types.
Duration of desired effects:
Several years (exact duration is unknown at this time)
Downtime:
Mild redness for less than 24 hours

#62010-10-21 14:58:02I had an appointment for a consulation for sun damage. Unfortunately, I need to see either a doctor or PA for my issue and this was not included in my appointment, so I need to make another trip. It is difficult for me to carve time out of my work day to take care of personal needs, so this is creating an inconvenience for me. I would have preferred to had the complete consultation done in one appointment.
