yES, THERE WAS A DELAY IN SEEING THE DOCTOR AND THE MEDICAL ASST. ACTUALLY APOLOGIZED AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM. THAT RARELY HAPPENS IN ANY DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN.

#22010-11-11 10:41:38

Excellent explanations by Dr. Ringpfeil along with knowledge and treatment. The option to fill out the form on the computer was great.

#72018-10-27

I liked all rthe art work that was hanging up in the hallways. I also liked how friendly everyone was. It seemed as though they all wanted to be here. Some times at otjher places the people at the counter can be disrespectful. Not here. The or was very caring and explained the treatment in terms that we could understand.

What can we do better?

(answers:373)

You often have a long wait time in the room for the doctor. When she does come in it is not for a very long time.

#12010-08-23 17:00:56

Information for patients to take on latest findings/research in the field

#22018-12-17

No complaints - overall best experience at any dermatologist.

#32011-09-27 12:59:17

I am new here, so I don't have any suggestions at this time

#42018-10-07

When making a first appointment ask who ther person would like to see. Doctor vs Aesthetician

#52018-04-12

Be on time for our appointments

#62011-11-16 13:56:14

More chairs in the waiting room. More parking spaces.

#72010-09-15 12:08:01

I was impressed with every step of making the appointment to seeing the physician.

#82010-12-16 12:26:48

I was feeling a bit thirsty the whole stay in the office, maybe making some water available during waiting time would make the stay more comfortable.

#92018-10-26

More upbeat music! The warm temperature and the John Mayer-esque music made me feel as if it were bedtime =)
