Expected results

People with light skin and dark hair typically lose 40%-50% of the hair after each treatment. Over 90% of the hair is eliminated within 4-6 treatments. People with darker skin and dark hair need additional treatments.

Using the Nd:YAG laser, 6-8 treatments are usually needed to remove 90% of the hair when skin is darker and the hair is dark.

Facial hair compared to hair on other parts of the body is usually finer and easier to treat. 2-4 treatments, using alexandrite or diode laser, are often sufficient for light skin types, and 4-6 treatments, using Nd:YAG, are usually sufficient for darker skin types.

Maintenance treatments are needed between once every 6 months to 3 years because our body keeps some of our hair follicles in a dormant state. In this state, the laser cannot damage the follicle as it does not contain pigment.

The lock on the door of the unisex bathroom is a little challenging in that you don't know whether it is locked or not. This was a little unnerving.
