Dr. Ringpfeil is extremely knowledgeable about her field. She also put me at ease immediatley and made me feel quite at home. I will definatley return once a year for her to check me. Her assistant and the receptionists were most helpful and very nice and more than happy to comply with their patients' wishes. Should anyone be searching for a dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Ringpfeil.

#102023-12-23How about a smile to greet a brand new patient? How about explaining that I need to go and fill out info on the computer instead of pointing over there you need to complete things. I felt like walking out by the rudeness. The medical assistant and phys asst were extremely kind, thorough and helpful. I realized that I was here to seek help for my child and received amazing medical help. Thank you.

#42023-06-19The only (minor) thing that I was disappointed in was that when I booked the appt. via phone, I was told that in addition to my cosmetic questions and consult, the Dr. would also be able to do my full body check. It turned out that there was not enough time to do both.
#52011-07-27 15:04:39While I totally understand the late policy, unfortunately my daughter and I drove 1.5 hrs to the facility and given the weather and errorous directions, we ended up being 7 mins late. I immediately called the office while on route to explain that we were lost and sought correct directions. The receptionist was very curt, short and condesending. Upon our arrival, there was no warm greeting and very limited eye contact. Again,as a heath care provider myself, I appreciate the need to follow a schedule, however, our appointments were in direct succession and I do not think it would have had a significant impact on the work schedule, given our special circumstance.
